Internship Projects

Camp Flyer for Summer Camp

This flyer was the main promotional piece I created during my summer internship. I designed it using Photoshop. It was used throughout the summer to promote the camp and share important information with parents. This design was the main one I used throughout the summer.

Tattoo Flyer for Gateway Pet Guardians

This flyer was created for Gateway Pet Guardians, an animal shelter in East St. Louis. I used Adobe Express to design the background and then refined the overall layout and elements in Photoshop to achieve the final look I envisioned.

Private Summer Training Flyer

Over the summer, a friend reached out and asked me to design a flyer for their sprint training program. I took on the project for free as a way to practice and test my design skills. Using Photoshop, I created a simple but effective design that turned out well. This experience made me even more excited about creating flyers and advertisements professionally in the future, with the goal of working with companies who will hire me for this kind of work.

Summer Camp Flyer 2

This flyer was created during my summer internship, where I served as the Assistant Camp Director for a summer camp. In addition to my leadership responsibilities, I was also in charge of designing flyers and marketing the camp. Each week, I created a newsletter-style flyer for parents, and this is one of the designs I developed using Canva."

Customized Staff
Schedule

I created a custom schedule for the camp where I interned and worked, using a template from Premiere Express and editing it in InDesign. I designed it this way so I could easily make multiple copies and manage each week more efficiently. Although InDesign was challenging to learn at first, it became much easier to use with practice and turned out to be a great tool for organizing and streamlining the scheduling process.
